1. What are the delivery timelines once I have placed an order?

Once we receive your order, the package would reach your doorstep within 7 - 10 business days

For rewear direct purchases, the package would reach your doorstep within 10 - 14 business days, depending on additional services you may have opted for

 

2. What is the rewear authentication process?

Our experienced team meticulously combs through minute details of each garment. In addition consignors are screened before we accept their products.

Our decades long collective experience in the field of online and offline retail within India as well as first-hand interactions with the most respected brands within the industry give us an unparalleled advantage. We use this to inspect key characteristics such as choice of fabric, stitching styles, trims + hardware, label notes and authenticity stamps that reside within each garment. 

 

3. After I receive my item, what if I have a concern about the authenticity?

If you have any questions about the authenticity post your purchase from rewear, you can write to us at members@rewear.in or you may call us on +91 98 3310 3300  and we will re-inspect the garment.

If you continue to have concerns, you have 72 hours to return your purchased garment.

 

4. What designer brands do you accept for consignment?

5. What are rewear's condition standards? 

NEVER WORN

Garments that show no signs of being worn with attached tags and enclosed bills (if any).

BARELY WORN

Garments that show no signs of being worn, but without tags.

GENTLY USED

Garments that show slight signs of being worn or laundering such as stains, loose threads or dirt marks.

FAIR

Garments that show prominent signs of wear or laundering such as fraying, missing sequins, moderate stains.

 

6. What is your return/refund policy?

In case of a return, you can put in a request by writing to us at member@rewear.in or you may call us on +91 98 3310 3300 within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

PLEASE NOTE:

rewear services are non-refundable.

 

To request for a return -

Step 1 - Write to us at member@rewear.in  or you may call us on +91 98 3310 3300 telling us the reason for your return.

Step 2 - You will receive a return request confirmation e-mail along with a prepaid shipping label for a return pickup from us.

Step 3 - You can track your return parcel via the docket number provided post pick-up.

 

RETURN POLICY -

  1. The returns will only be accepted if we receive the request within 72 hours of receiving the garment.
  2. The garment should be in the exact same condition it was delivered to you with respect to existing defects and errors.
  3. Our rewear tags must be attached.
  4. If altered or visibly used, the return will not be accepted

 

REFUNDS

You will receive an e-mail once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse. Please allow 72 hours for re-authentication and processing. Once completed, we will process the refund to you for your purchase.

 

7. What are the accepted payment methods?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, Netbanking, and Bank Transfers.


8. Can I reconsign the same outfit once bought?

Yes.

If you wish to reconsign the outfit purchased from rewear, you can write to us at members@rewear.in or +91 98 3310 3300. The garment will be picked up for our quality check and authentication process.

If the garment meets our condition standards, a new buyer price and consignor share will be quoted to you. In this case please note, that the prices quoted to you will be minus rewear fees and the payout will be lower than your purchase price.

If agreed upon, we put it back in-stock for our buyers for purchase.

 

9. How do I track my order?

We will send an e-mail notification including the tracking information once your package has been shipped.

 

10. Can I cancel my order?

Once you have made the purchase, we immediately start the shipping process, so we process orders in real time during business hours.

This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process.

 

11. Do the items come with an authentication card/certificate?

No.

Since most of the items on the site are given to us by individuals (consignors) who want to sell their garments, the availability of an authenticity card or certificate would not be included.

Regardless, our authentication teams scrutinizes each and every garment before it is accepted by rewear.

 

12. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹ 20,000/- across India.

13. Does rewear provide alteration services?

Unfortunately, we do not have the in-house capabilities to offer alteration services.

 

14. Can I buy a garment in-exchange for my outfit as a consignor?

Unfortunately not. We do not provide exchange services, as each transaction is treated differently.

The outfits that are accepted from the consignors are on a specific consignment cycle with different payment methods.

 

15. What are rewear services?

We offer additional hygiene and repair services on your purchase for a fee.

5. Can we negotiate the prices that are offered by rewear?

We at rewear price the outfits based on the demands of the buyers.

Once the prices are quoted to you, we may have room to rework the prices based on our mutual expectation of its sale.

 

6. What about confidentiality, will my identity be revealed?

No.

rewear maintains a 100% confidentiality policy for all person(s) using the portal to buy or sell merchandise.

The identity of all buyers and sellers are kept confidential at all times.

 

7. For how long would you keep my outfit?

Our minimum listing period is 3 months. However, at our discretion, we are happy to continue to list items on our site after this time.

 

8. What happens if my outfit is rejected after you receive it?

In this case, we will return the item to you.

Shipping and delivery charges will be borne by rewear.

 

9. How do you price the outfits?

Our in-house team of experts undertake pricing by considering several criteria including but not limited to estimated retail price, designer label, style, season, age, condition, availability and demand.

 

10. When will I be paid for my outfit?

Once your garment sells, we hold the money for 7 days.

This is to allow for potential returns. If the item is not returned, we transfer the consignor share (minus our commission) to you.

We will contact you to provide bank details to ensure the safe transfer of your money or the transactions can be carried out via cheque.

11. Can I buy a garment in-exchange for my outfit as a consignor?

Unfortunately not. We do not provide exchange services, as each transaction is treated differently.

The outfits that are accepted from the consignors are on a specific consignment cycle with different payment methods.

 

12. What is the pick-up process once I decide to consign my outfit?

rewear aims to make your entire consignment journey hassle-free.

Once you decide to consign the outfit, we will have a pick-up arranged from your preferred address.

 

13. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping charges are applicable for consignors who wish to sell through REWEAR DIRECT. Shipping will be charged at actuals and will be deducted from your proceeds at the time of payment. For all other consignors, shipping charges will be borne by us.

We will send you a notification once it reaches our warehouse, which thus marks the beginning of your consignment cycle.

Please note: rewear does not take on the liability of damaged or misplaced products.

 

14. Can I have my outfit returned to me before the consignment cycle ends?

This is possible.

We can return the outfit back to you and de-list it from our website. However, in this instance the shipping charges will have to be borne by you.
